Shipping Timeframes

  • Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. More than 90% of our orders are shipped out within this timeframe. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotions.

  • Shipping Time:

    • Standard Shipping: Typically takes between 7-14 business days for delivery within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

    • Expedited Shipping: If you need your tumbler sooner, we offer expedited shipping options. Delivery times for expedited shipping will be provided at checkout.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options through our trusted carriers. During checkout, you’ll be able to choose from standard and expedited shipping methods based on your preference and location.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on your chosen shipping method and destination. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Refund & Exchange

Refunds and Processing

  • Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee may apply for certain items. This will be communicated to you during the return process if applicable.

 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your thermal tumbler for a different item, please return the original item as per the return policy and place a new order for the desired item. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
